Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club in Steamboat Springs has released its final 13 upscale residential sites, known as the Upland Preserve.
According to the company, the five-acre residential sites sit atop the ranch’s highest ridge, and many border National Forest lands offer scenic views of Steamboat Ski Resort and the Flat Tops Wilderness region.
Residential sites are priced at $3.35 million. Working with Alpine Master Builders, the ranch delivers most of its custom homes in approximately 18-24 months.
“Upland Preserve’s vision is long overdue and comes with tremendous excitement,” Suzanne Schlicht, senior vice president and chief sales officer, said in a statement. “Early interest has us anticipating that these high-end residential sites will sell out quickly.”
Upland Preserve’s residential sites all offer convenient access to the community’s private hiking trails, full of wildlife, and more.
Homes built on the Upland reservation will be 5,500 square feet or more, and all upgrades and roads will be completed starting this month.
In addition to the Upland Preserve lots, Alpine Mountain Ranch has four remaining premium golf courses with cart road access to nearby Catamount Golf Club, three remaining premium club courses, and three courses at the top of the community South Valley Vista Ridge.
Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club is also reporting unprecedented sales volume in recent years, resulting in the sale of 40 of the community’s 63 residential sites.
In addition to its proximity to downtown Steamboat, the community also boasts 900 acres of open space, as well as a plethora of luxury amenities, including an owners clubhouse, guest cabin, concierge services, fishing lake, horseback riding facilities, Nordic skiing and snowshoeing, private backcountry cabin, over 10 miles of private trails, private fishing on a 1.5 mile section of the Yampa River, and much more.
