Fresh off her 'The Mayhem Ball' tour, Lady Gaga enjoyed a Parisian date night with her fiancé, Michael Polansky. The couple, who shared their engagement story with Vogue back in September 2024, chose the celebrity-favorite restaurant Laperouse for their evening out.
Gaga, true to form, was a vision of high-fashion glamour. She donned a flowing black silk slip dress with a long skirt, paired with knee-high black stockings and iconic platform Christian Louboutin Mary Janes. Her accessories included her signature black Balenciaga sunglasses and a sleek black Hermès Kelly bag. And, of course, her custom engagement ring from Sofia Jewelry, featuring an 18-karat white and rose gold band with an oval-cut diamond and pink ombré pavé diamonds, sparkled on her finger. Her platinum blonde hair was styled long and straight, complemented by a bold blood-red lip.
In stark contrast, Polansky embraced a more casual aesthetic. He sported a colorful orange, green, and white striped Patagonia puffer jacket, black pants, sneakers, and a black baseball cap.
But here's where it gets controversial... This divergence in style isn't unusual. While some celebrity couples like Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are known for their coordinated looks, many, like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, or Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco, maintain their individual style identities.
And this is the part most people miss... Lady Gaga's off-stage style often reflects the edgy, gothic vibe she embraces during her tour. Her stage costumes feature biker-inspired leathers, military-influenced designs, and feathery bodysuits. Off-stage, she frequently chooses sky-high Louboutins, chunky boots, and all-black Balenciaga staples.
Gaga and Polansky are reportedly in the midst of planning their wedding, with the possibility of it happening during or after the tour.
